some one help please crown fault 71

Hello , we have recently aquired a crown counter balance truck , Not sure but think its 6 years old .We are a small enginering company , I steam cleaned the truck , it now will not drive , displays fault 71, is there any one out there that can help ,

Please give Model and Serial # So the tech guys here can help. There is a large variety of Crown lift trucks
