Forget about the Hemech branding with Komatsu...Crown is developing an ICE truck powered by a John Deere engine.  Look for it to be on display at Promat in Chicago in January 09.  Trust me...I've seen pictures of a unit at a test site!

I dont know if you'll see them that early. It's a little early for them to be shown. If you know Crown, they dont display a truck until it's had a lot of seat time. Look at the TSP6000. We all heard the rumors, and it was a year and a half before it saw daylight.

I'm hearing... approximately 250 beta trucks. Deere engine, plus for the US market. Italian trans. Start with 4000#-6500# trucks and use Komatsu for the rest of their other fulfillment (yeah right...Crown will get dumped like a fat girlfriend) Crown R Series (models commonly seen = RTS) Looks like an FC electric... more than likely they are trying to get them out and ready for Tier III in 2010. seen pics etc...
