hy,
i ve a problem with an daewoo b18t-2 with serial FD00187.
it always apears F6 (hidraulic motor circuit problem) when it does the self diagnostic, but sometimes it start up with no error an the hidraulic motor just run fine.I ve put a new driver bor for the transistors an a new transistor for the hydraulics and r8 at the driver board blows away again at the new board and i don t se why. The resistor between the driver board apears to be ok (90ohm). do someone have the shematics or the servicemanual so i can see where the problem is, if yes, my email [url/email removed]
thanks

Hi there this is what the manual fault code reads:
The logics at P9-7 uses wire #74 from the emitter of
the pump transistor to detect battery negative.
The logics sends a test pulse out to the pump
transistor when power up. This test pulse is detected
at P9-7 also. If battery negative is present or the test
pulse is not detected the line contactor will be
deactivated and an "F6" will display on the LCD.

However.  The fact that your resistor on the driver board is burning out indicates a possible short somewhere.  It may be the transistor in the main PCB which brings the Pump contactor in may be faulty.  Check for short circuit transistor in the main PCB, also check for earth faults to pump motor.  email me at enquiries at elektrodrive dot co dot uk and i shall try send you a schematic.

thanks for reply, it seem to be a harness problem, because sometimes the forklift runs well or it is the line contactor that losses the contact when it s hot. i ve found already the manual from dhiac site. the daewoo tecnician have take the driver board to repair and next week we will what is the problem
