due to the lack of info im assuming youre the operator and not a tech?
you need to post a model and serial number for specific answers

but

locate the master cylinder

if the master cylinder has a reservoir on it just take off the cap and fill it

if there is a line with a clamp and no reservoir on the master cylinder, follow the line to the remote reservoir

if there is a high pressure hose connected to the master cylinder, it works off the hydraulic system and is self regulated (idk if hyster has any like this, id imagine they have at least 1 lol)

most likely your truck uses dot 3 brake fluid but check your operators manual 1st or post the model and serial and some1 here can tell you

also the operators manual should tell you how to check the brake fluid level

if none of this makes sense call in your local forklift tech lol

locate the operators manual that is a requirement to be "available to the operators", become familiar with every section, including how to do a daily-PREoperational check, and how to avoid tiping over, and the area that says unless you have been completely and properly trained to NOT USE the equipment.
