crown rr3500 ev-100

so i have a crown rr3520-45 sn # 1a175425 with an ev100 board. Right now the unit powers and lifts. it has no travel. the contactors don't try to pull in. I was checking the tb 1-6 as per the crown service manual and most of the tb was in line with specs.

TB11-2 switchs open 29v, switches closed 29v, with handle forward 1.29v with handle in reverse 12.14v

TB11-5 open 0v closed 1.29v

TB11-6 open 0v closed 12.14v

It sounds like you have a bad brake switch,or switches(BRK-1 and BRK-2). BRK-1 is under the floor pedal,and BRK-2 is on the drive motor brake bracket.

some have a switch under the floorboard too
front right side of operators compartment behind the cover

but yeah i agree with truck tech
