Hi,

I have a Stand up Raymond forklift with deep reach. Lately, it started showing error codes like Code F4, Code F5, Code L1... Does anyone know from where I can get a list of these codes with explanation?

Best regards.

if youre a tech
raymond will sell you the book (theyre actually not horribly expensive i think i paid 85 for mine)
then youll have to pay them a service fee to come out and reset the PW or you can change the eprom (i forget which but theres a hardware swap that will default the PW)

id imagine hes working on an EASI reach

Anthony, You must give Model and Serial # for all questions asked. It's like asking, do you have a stater motor for a FORD Vehicle. Giving us that information will help us help you

Ok looks like u have a communication problem between the SCPU and The CPU. Does the truck have SAS? Check the PS contactor next to the F3 Fuse if that contactor dose not pulls in quick enough it will cause that code do u have a wire diagram? because if its not that contactor  u will have to check voltages between the CPU and the SCPU sounds like a wire break but may be earthier the CPU or the SCPU

As a former Raymond tech I understand your problem. Do you still have the problem or has it been solved? Before I anger the Raymond Gods of Forklifts by giving out private information. Understand Raymond is very proprietary and defends their territory. Hopefully Toyota will help them become more service friendly.

I also have the same issue with a code F5 on a reach.  The model is a EASI and serial number is ET-B-94-00986.  This unit is a 24 volt system.
It turns on, and goes through the testing cycle, then it codes F5.  I notice both contactor tips are fairly burnt and they both pull in, but after 2 to 3 seconds of it pulling in, it codes out.

Anyone has any suggestions or what this code means.

Thanks.
