Shanghai Carthane is one of the New and Hi-tech Enterprise in Shanghai. The main business includes auto parts made from high quality polyurethane elastomers and engineering plastics.

Vulkollan is the registered trademark of the special polyurethane elastomer of Bayer in Germany, and is recognized as the most outstanding engineering elastomer. Pleiger Plastics was the first molder of Vulkollan in the US and still molding it in Pittsburgh, PA since 1986. We specialize in stripping and recovering worn wheels, eliminating the cost of buying new hubs over and over.
