Hi, can anyone provide me with a schematic for a TCM FHB15-6. The local dealer reckons the unit is too old and they cant find a wiring diagram for the unit?!?
The unit has a Sevcon controller Part No. 631/68034. The local Sevcon service agent cant provide a control wire diagram for this unit as its not on the public domain.
The unit has an intermittent cut out fault and i need to check the controller inputs/outputs.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks for replying, originally the unit was driving and lifting (but had no display) and occasionally cutting out completely. We repaired the voltage regulator card and damaged wiring and had display and all functions for a while. Now we still have display but no functions, display shows "fail" error code. If you have a schematic it would be helpful so we can check controller inputs.

Thanks.
