Does anyone know where I can buy contact tip kits for 7915692516 and 7915692531 Linde contactors. If not, I would be interested in the complete contactor if the price is right.

Just a question, have you checked with the Linde dealer in New Hampshire? That would be Grante Industrial Truck in Milford. Also, the contactor that you are trying to rebuild is also available from any Linde dealer, replacing the contact tips is actually not worth the cost of the kit or the labor. If you are going through a great many of these, you need to have your system checked as it is not performing optimally.

As Chris says the kits are quite expensive for 7915692516 at 114.50 €uros and  the other relay 7915692531 is priced at 114.50 €uro and no repair kit is available. Excessive sparking is usually caused by low battery voltage so check that out and if necessary fit a cutout. Any Linde dealer can supply the kits or ask Marcel at intellaliftparts

We have found the contact tip kits but we cannot get the contactors apart without ruining them. Either there is a special tool needed or once they are assembled they can not come apart.
