Located in the southern Indian port city of Chennai, Royal Tyres regularly export to Europe and other demanding markets in Asia & Africa. Their customer profile encompasses Original Equipment Manufacturers, Large Industrial corporations, Forklift rental fleet owners and Port & Airport Ground Support service providers, besides Tyre wholesalers. They manufacture and export all variants of solid tyres. viz.:- Solid Resilient Tyres for IC engine / battery powered forklifts, material handling equipments and heavy-duty trolleys, dolleys and trailers,
- Solid Press-on / Cushion Tyres for Battery powered forklifts, Pallet & Platform Trucks and Heavy Port roll-trailers,
- Custom engineered tyre & wheel assemblies, including solid rubber molded wheels for special applications.
Royal Tyres particularly specialise in special purpose variants such as heavy-duty tyres for glass / metal scrap yard applications, fire retardant tyres for explosion proof mining area forklifts and severe service solid skid-steer tyres for loaders and rough terrain forklifts. The tyres that they export to Europe fully conforms to European REACH regulations on SVHCs and low PAH tyre oil regulations.
Being a family business enterprise, quality and performance of their product range naturally takes precedence, undeterred by low cost competition.
