Gough Forklifts started back in 1945, when Gough, Gough and Hamer took on the New Zealand dealership for Hyster forklifts. For many years, Goughs enjoyed a strong position in the New Zealand Industrial Truck market, with relationships with most of the countrys' big timber and manufacturing businesses.
The headquarters for Gough Forklifts are in a prime location on Aucklands' Great South Road, in the heart of the Penrose business district.
Dedicated forklift operations are also at Auckland, Hamilton, Mt Maunganui, Rotorua, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
The Hyster product range starts at simple Pallet Jacks and goes through Battery-Powered High Density Storage Warehouse machines right up to 54 Tonne Container Carriers. Hysters' industry-leading Research and Development facilities see it at the cutting-edge of Industrial Truck developments.
Gough Forklifts also offer range of other services to the industry, such as parts for all models and specialist driver training.
