• Concrete Grinding Limited (CG), specialists in the upgrading of floor flatness in narrow racking aisles for new and existing VNA warehouse/storage units, using CG laser guided concrete grinding machine, the Laser Grinder®. The Laser Grinder® very effectively skim grinds the aisles into tolerance, while being clean, quick, and non-intrusive. Using standard details and proven procedures, floor joint repairs are also available.
• Face Consultants Ltd (FACE), are world leaders in floor flatness compliance testing and on-site monitoring. FACE offers rapid, accurate and independent results for the Defined Movement (narrow aisle) and Free Movement (open area) surveys, to any specified international standard, using the appropriate FACE Digital Profileograph or other FACE specialist digital flatness measuring equipment.
• CG Flooring Systems Limited (CGFS), specialists in the refurbishment and repair of warehouse and industrial floor surfaces. Where surface renewal is recommended, CGFS can offer their heavy-duty, pump-applied cementitious floor screed system – Fastfloor-IT, which is ready-for-use in a matter of days, rather than weeks; as well as various basic and specialist resin coatings, including anti-static.
We have developed methods and repair materials to tackle all types of floor joint and all types of floor usage with our aim being to provide the best quality repairs with minimal disruption to our client's operation.
